Pay Rate

$18.50 / Hour

Job Schedule

Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients while following site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access to the commercial office location by greeting visitors, verifying authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Monitor lobby activity, cameras, and building entry points to help deter unauthorized access and report security-related concerns.
• Answer phones, provide directions and information, and support a professional, welcoming front-desk environment.

Minimum Requirements

• At least six months of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
