Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by greeting visitors, verifying identification, managing sign-in procedures, and following site-specific access protocols at the front desk location.
• Monitor entry activity, answer phones and/or direct inquiries, and communicate clearly with employees, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel regarding front desk procedures.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as appropriate.
• Support security-related operations by maintaining visitor logs, documenting daily activity, and completing required reports with attention to detail.
• Aid in screening and access control processes for a busy logistics and distribution location, helping to deter unauthorized entry and/or disruptions to normal operations.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
