Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and assist with maintaining controlled entry to restricted areas.
• Document patrol findings, incidents, and unusual activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
