Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report irregularities to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications while following established site procedures and applicable post orders.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
