Thursday, 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or guests at a utility location by following site‑specific procedures and access‑control protocols.
• Monitor and manage front desk activities, including greeting visitors, verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate entry records.
• Answer incoming calls, provide directions and general information, and communicate visitor arrivals or concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Observe lobby and reception areas for unusual activity and report security‑related concerns, policy violations, or maintenance issues to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license required in the state where the job is located.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations; may be required prior to employment.
