Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response guidelines at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or unusual activity in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, walkways, gates, and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance, lighting, and/or property-related issues.
• Monitor entry points, common areas, and/or exterior spaces for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and after-hours activity, while assisting with directions, information, and general support for authorized occupants.
• Complete routine reports, incident notes, and shift communication with attention to detail, helping to support continuity of operations and awareness of security-related conditions at the location.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
