Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to identify and report unusual activity or conditions
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify visitor credentials, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation in accordance with site procedures
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and emergency responders when needed
• Help deter unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other policy violations through visible presence, professional communication, and timely reporting

Minimum Requirements

• Valid driver's license (required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements)
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Access control/badge experience (preferred)
• Customer service experience (preferred)
• Guard card/license (preferred)
• Subject to background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
• Subject to drug screen to the extent permitted by law
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations may be required prior to employment

Pay and Schedule

• Pay Rate: $21.37 / Hour
• Schedule: Daytime, Saturday 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• Fixed-shift commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): Designated site and weekly shift with a six (6) month commitment
