Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related activities, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner and report details according to site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community, including common areas, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter locations, noting conditions that could help to deter unwanted activity.
- Monitor entry points and visitor activity, verify authorized access as directed by site policies, and communicate with residents and/or property contacts regarding arrivals, deliveries, and service providers.
- Document daily activities, incidents, and/or maintenance-related observations, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervisors and designated property representatives.
Minimum Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
