How This Role Works

Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through proper channels when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout industrial grounds, perimeter areas, and/or designated access points, noting and reporting suspicious activity or unauthorized entry attempts.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, and/or vehicles in accordance with location procedures, helping to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Document incidents, observations, and/or daily activities in required reports and communicate important updates to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements

• A TSA-issued TWIC is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
