Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Monitor communication systems, receive calls and alarms, and dispatch officers and/or appropriate personnel to reported incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Document incidents, radio traffic, and routine activity in logs and reports, helping to support accurate communication and continuity of operations throughout the location.
• Cookordination with site personnel, responders, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, status updates, and/or unusual activity, helping to support timely response efforts.
• Conduct regular and random patrol coordination and monitor perimeter and operational areas through available systems, helping to identify conditions that may require follow-up or response.

Minimum Requirements

• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Have customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Must be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licenses and certifications are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
