How This Role Works
Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
- Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and/or dispatch systems to receive calls for service, prioritize incidents, and communicate timely updates to on-site personnel and management.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activity and helping to coordinate security-related responses with site contacts and/or emergency services when needed.
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and dispatch records related to incidents, visitor activity, deliveries, and/or other security-related communications in accordance with site policies.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, while helping to identify unusual activity, support access-related procedures, and relay observations to the appropriate personnel.
Minimum Requirements
- Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
- Have 1+ years of security-related experience.
- Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
- Have alarm panel experience, preferred.
- Have customer service experience, preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
