How This Role Works
Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a financial institution location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to coordinate communications between on-site personnel, supervisors, and/or local first responders.
Monitor dispatch systems, phones, radios, and/or surveillance-related information to help support timely reporting and response to security-related concerns.
Document activity, incident details, and shift communications in dispatch logs and reports, helping to maintain accurate records for site operations.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
Minimum Requirements
Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
A guard card and/or license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
