$17.97 / Hour
Job Schedule
Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points, verify authorized personnel and visitor entry, and maintain accurate logs and documentation.
- Observe and report unusual conditions, facility hazards, equipment concerns, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- Possess a Certified Protection Officer certification.
- Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
- Have customer service experience preferred.
- Hold CPR and/or First Aid certification preferred.
- Possess a guard card or license preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
