Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by following security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting relevant details to site leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including warehouse areas, loading zones, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, and/or delivery traffic, assisting with access control procedures and directing individuals according to site protocols.
- Support daily operations at a busy logistics and distribution location by maintaining a visible presence, communicating professionally with drivers and personnel, and reporting maintenance, lighting, and/or property-related concerns.
Minimum Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

This role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.
Qualifications
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Schedule
Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.

Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): $16.33 / Hour
