Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout healthcare facilities, parking areas, and surrounding perimeters to help identify and report unusual conditions or concerns.
• Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Maintain an orderly environment by providing directions, answering questions, and supporting emergency response efforts as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be able to meet hospital vaccine requirements.
• Must be able to restrain individuals.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
