Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by following site-specific access control procedures, verifying credentials, and supporting approved entry and exit activity at the location.
- Monitor entrances, lobbies, gates, and other access points to help deter unauthorized access, and report security-related concerns, policy violations, and unusual activity.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and assist with emergency response activities in accordance with site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter, observing for security-related issues, maintenance concerns, and conditions that could impact daily operations.
- Maintain accurate logs, visitor records, and incident documentation, and communicate clearly with site contacts, tenants, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related matters.
Minimum Requirements
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
