Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or delivery personnel by following access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or credentials, and document visitor, contractor, and/or vehicle activity in support of security-related protocols.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
- Support screening and check-in processes for shipments, vendors, and/or personnel entering restricted areas, while maintaining accurate logs and following post instructions.
Minimum Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
