Pay Rate

$33.06 / Hour

Job Schedule

Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and other security-related duties at a government location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and report conditions requiring attention.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and document daily activities, incidents, and/or observations in accordance with site policies.
• Support emergency response activities by following post instructions, assisting with orderly directions, and relaying information to appropriate personnel as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Be a graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or equivalent.
• Possess 1 or more years of law enforcement experience or 2 or more years of security supervisor or manager experience and/or 3 or more years of security-related experience.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Pepper spray certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
