Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out armed security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for entry into restricted areas to maintain controlled access throughout the financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established armed response procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, surrounding grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and policy concerns to Allied Universal leadership and designated client representatives.

Requirements

• Possess at least 1 year of law enforcement experience, 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience, or 3 years of security-related experience.
• An armed guard card or license is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Schedule

Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.
