Pay Rate
$27.45 / Hour
Job Schedule
Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to an aerospace and defense location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns through established channels.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, production areas, restricted zones, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points and verify credentials for employees, contractors, and visitors entering controlled areas, helping to support site access protocols and security-related requirements.
- Support incident response by coordinating with site contacts, following post orders, and remaining prepared to address changing conditions across the location.
Minimum Requirements
- Possess an armed guard card and/or license.
- Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
- Handcuffing certification is preferred.
- Pepper spray certification is preferred.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

- Must be able to pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Must be able to participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
