Security Officer EMT Firefighter Driver Patrol

About the role

Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify entry authorization for employees, visitors, and/or deliveries in accordance with site protocols, helping to support orderly movement throughout the location.
• Complete required logs, incident reports, and/or shift communications while maintaining awareness of changing conditions within the facility and surrounding grounds.

Requirements

• EMT certification is required.
• Previous firefighting experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
