Security Officer Emergency Response Driver

About the Role

As a Security Officer EMT - Vehicle Patrol in Reading, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial. You will be part of a pre-hospital emergency care medical team, monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to create a secure environment. This role includes conducting regular patrols, deterring security-related incidents, delivering exceptional customer service, and performing mobile patrols as required. A valid driver’s license is necessary to meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout manufacturing and industrial facilities, including business areas and perimeter locations.

Requirements

• Possess EMT certification.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet (preferred).
• Have customer service experience (preferred).
• Hold a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations, which may be required prior to employment.

Pay

$24.40 / Hour

Schedule

• Part Time
• Friday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Saturday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
