As a Dispatch Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will coordinate security-related communications, monitor incoming information, and help direct appropriate responses. You will provide outstanding customer service, maintain clear documentation, and support a welcoming environment while helping to deter incidents.

- DayTime: Mon 10:30 PM - 07:00 AM, Tue 10:30 PM - 07:00 AM, Sun 10:30 PM - 07:00 AM
What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and/or contractors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
- Monitor incoming calls, alarms, communications systems, and/or dispatch channels; document requests and route information to appropriate personnel.
- Cook up responses to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating relevant details to on-site personnel and emergency responders as needed.
- Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, access-related records, and shift communications in accordance with site procedures.
- Support regular and random patrol activities by dispatching personnel, tracking check-ins, and reporting observed concerns around the business and perimeter.
Minimum Requirements
- At least one year of security-related experience is required.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- A Guard Card or license is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
