Security Officer Driving Role Patrols

About the role

Apart from serving and safeguarding clients in various industries like Commercial Real Estate, you will conduct routine patrols, respond to incidents, and support access awareness at a commercial property in King Of Prussia, PA.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, perimeter points, parking areas, and building access points, to help deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify authorized access when required, and support visitor, vendor, and delivery procedures in alignment with site expectations.
• Support day-to-day operations at a commercial property by reporting hazards, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity, while providing professional assistance and clear directions to occupants and guests.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Skills

• Customer service experience is preferred.
