Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with property contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may need attention.
- Monitor access points and observe coming and going activity to help support authorized entry, resident concerns, and/or visitor direction at the location.
- Prepare clear reports on daily activities, incidents, and/or maintenance or policy concerns, and share relevant information with Allied Universal leadership and/or designated property representatives.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- A state, county, and/or city issued security-related license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
