Security Officer Driving Patrol

As a Security Officer Driving Role Alarm Response in Irvine, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or resident concerns in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and communicate relevant information to property management and/or emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor activity, and document security-related incidents, policy violations, and/or daily activities according to site requirements.
• Support a welcoming residential environment by assisting with directions, answering general questions, and reporting suspicious behavior and/or unauthorized access attempts.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Skills

• Customer service experience is preferred.
