About the role

As a Security Officer Driver Security Clearance in Roy, UT, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Aero/Defense and more. This part-time, unarmed patrol officer role supports a dynamic aerospace and defense location. You will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, restricted areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify unusual conditions and deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials in accordance with site-specific requirements; document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity as required.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, observations, patrols, and security-related activities.

Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Active Department of Defense Secret clearance.
• Valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.

Pay

$23.62 per hour.
