Security Officer Driver Route Patrol

About the role

As a Security Officer Driver Route Patrol in Kansas City, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial engineering location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production-adjacent areas, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to the location, verify authorized personnel and visitors as directed, and report access concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain required logs for patrol activities, incidents, observations, and shift communications.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
