Security Officer Driver Route Patrol

About the role

As a Security Officer Driver Route Patrol in Los Lunas, NM, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and uphold Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, care, and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access requirements, and emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations, helping to deter unauthorized activity and identifying unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed, document visitor and contractor activity, and report access concerns to appropriate site contacts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify emergency services and/or site leadership according to established procedures.
• Prepare clear and accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation, and communicate relevant observations to Allied Universal leadership.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

• Monday: 05:00 AM – 01:30 PM
• Thursday: 05:00 AM – 01:30 PM
• Friday: 05:00 AM – 01:30 PM
• Saturday: 05:00 AM – 01:30 PM
• Sunday: 05:00 AM – 01:30 PM
