Position Type: Full Time
Pay Rate: $17.75 / Hour
Schedule: Tuesday 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM, Wednesday 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM, Thursday 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM, Sunday 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by greeting employees, visitors, and vendors at the front desk and following site-specific policies for access and entry at a financial institution location.
• Monitor lobby activity, verify identification and/or credentials, and help to deter unauthorized access through front desk screening procedures.
• Answer phones, direct inquiries, and support visitor registration, badge issuance, and sign-in processes in accordance with post orders.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Complete logs, incident reports, and other required documentation related to front desk activity, visitor traffic, and security-related events.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
