Security Officer Driver Perimeter Patrol

About the role

As a Security Officer Driver Perimeter Patrol in Springfield, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Retail/Malls. This unarmed driving position requires routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to deter security incidents, and providing outstanding customer service. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, visitors, and associates by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity within the location, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy concerns in accordance with site procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity accurately and promptly while communicating relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (required for driving positions).
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to drug screening to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state and locality and may be required prior to employment.

Pay

$17.24 per hour.

• Tuesday: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Wednesday: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Thursday: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Friday: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Saturday: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
