About the role
As a Security Officer Part Time Driver Credential Verification in Lebanon, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Monitor entry and exit points at a commercial real estate location, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate access-related records.
- Respond to access concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, access points, and the business perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Communicate professionally with site contacts, tenants, and emergency responders while supporting a welcoming, orderly environment.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
