Security Officer Driver Patrol Surveillance

About the role
As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in the job state and compliance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, entry points, and the business perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, assisting with access control and reporting unauthorized access attempts or policy concerns.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
- Document patrols, observations, incidents, and security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Schedule
- Tuesday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
- Friday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
- Sunday: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
