Security Officer Driver Patrol - Part Time

About the role

As a Security Officer Driver Patrol in Racine, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Retail/Malls and more. This part-time, unarmed patrol position requires routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to deter security incidents, and delivering exceptional customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail areas, common spaces, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe activity for unusual conditions, reporting security-related concerns in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including support for emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with Allied Universal leadership, site contacts, and/or responding personnel.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
