Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with hotel/resort management and emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hotel/resort grounds, guest areas, parking facilities, entrances, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting suspicious conditions, policy violations, and maintenance concerns according to site procedures.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation while providing a professional presence at the location.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
