What You'll Do

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a food production and distribution location
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the facility perimeter
  • Monitor access points and report unauthorized activity, suspicious behavior, and potential product tampering to help deter theft and workplace incidents
  • Document patrol findings and security-related incidents accurately, and communicate concerns to Allied Universal and designated site personnel

Requirements

  • Candidates must have open availability
  • Valid Driver's License held for 1 full year with no interruptions, with no more than 1 violation within a 2-year period on driving record (for Driver Patrol positions)
  • Must be able to pass an extensive criminal background check and consent to complete and pass a drug screen
  • At least 18 years of age (unarmed roles)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior 1+ years of security experience OR military/correctional officer experience OR law enforcement experience
  • Guard card/license preferred
