As a Security Officer Driver Patrol Assignment in Olive Branch, MS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy retail location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. This driving post requires a valid driver's license and offers the opportunity to support customers and staff through strong communication, teamwork, and integrity while bringing an agile, reliable, and innovative approach to each shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floor areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter locations, as assigned.
• Help to deter unauthorized activity, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior by maintaining a visible presence and reporting concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and support loss prevention and other security-related operations in accordance with post instructions.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Position Type: Full Time

Schedule: Tuesday 11:30 AM - 11:30 PM, Wednesday 11:30 AM - 11:30 PM, Thursday 11:30 AM - 11:30 PM
