Security Officer Driver for Unarmed Patrol

About the Role

As a Security Officer Driver for Unarmed Patrol in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution. This role involves conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents, supporting access control, and providing outstanding customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of distribution facilities, loading areas, parking areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying visitor, vendor, and delivery driver credentials in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and report observations through required channels.
• Document patrols, incidents, access activity, and unusual conditions in daily activity reports and other site-required records.

Requirements

• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation and drug screen in accordance with applicable laws.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Pay

Pay Rate: $18.54 / Hour

Schedule

Full Time Schedule:

• Monday: 09:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Tuesday: 09:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Saturday: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sunday: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
