Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing updates with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, production areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify access credentials when required, and report access concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior according to site protocols.
• Support day-to-day operations by completing incident reports, communicating clearly with staff and visitors, and assisting with security-related requests in a professional manner.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
