Security Officer Driver

As a Security Officer Driver in Canyon Lake, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Position Type: Full Time.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, community policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential streets, common areas, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe vehicle and pedestrian traffic in accordance with site‑specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner; document observations and actions taken in accordance with reporting procedures.
• Communicate professionally with residents, visitors, property staff, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security‑related matters and site conditions.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (required per Allied Universal driver policy).
• At least 2 years of security‑related experience.
• Ability to ride a bike.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful background investigation and drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing subject to state/local regulations; a valid driver’s license required for driving positions.
