Security Officer Driver

About the role

As a Security Officer Driver in Pryor, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Logistics & Distribution. This unarmed patrol position involves conducting routine patrols, monitoring access points, deterring incidents, and providing outstanding customer service and communication in a logistics and distribution environment. The role supports a professional setting through visible presence, timely reporting, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to identify unusual activity and deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access as directed, and document visitor, driver, and delivery activity according to site requirements.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports for incidents, observations, patrols, and security-related concerns, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervisors.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour.

Schedule

• Position Type: Full Time
• DayTime Shift: Monday – Friday, 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM
