Security Officer DoD Clearance Required

About the role

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver at Allied Universal in Indianapolis, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in the aerospace and defense industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and appropriate emergency response support.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate logs, prepare incident reports, and follow Allied Universal procedures for site coverage, communication, and shift handoff.

Requirements

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include:
