As a Security Officer Distribution Center Patrol in Council Bluffs, IA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a fast-paced technology location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify issues that may need attention.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and/or visitor procedures, and communicate with employees, guests, and site contacts regarding security-related concerns.
• Support incident documentation, alarm response, and/or requested assistance with professionalism while working in varying environments and conditions across the location.

Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
