Security Officer - Distribution Center

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Distribution Center Security Officer to build meaningful connections, provide customer service, and ensure the safety and protection of clients and their property.

About the role

As a GardaWorld Security Ambassador, you will focus on customer service, vigilance, and protection. Your ability to engage with others and inspire confidence is key.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid Driver’s license
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• Must have an Oklahoma CLEET license or the ability to obtain one
