About the role
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, support access control activities, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide professional customer service and clear communication while contributing to a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues according to site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, loading docks, entry points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate logs and reports of patrols, incidents, and observations.
- Assist with maintaining orderly vehicle and pedestrian traffic flow around the facility while communicating professionally with employees, visitors, and contractors.
Requirements
- Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
