Job Description

As a Security Officer Dispatch Operator Clearance Required in King Of Prussia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch professional supporting a dynamic aero and defense location. In this role, you will monitor communications, coordinate security-related responses, track alarms and access activity, and provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and emergency communication activities within a defense-related location.
• Monitor alarms, cameras, radio traffic, and incoming calls, and dispatch appropriate personnel to reported incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Maintain detailed logs, incident records, and shift activity reports, and communicate timely updates to site leadership and/or emergency contacts as needed.
• Cook up responses to after-hours issues, facility access requests, and operational concerns while following established post orders and security-related procedures.
• Support regular and random patrol activities by tracking officer status, relaying information, and helping to deter unauthorized activity through prompt communication and documentation.

Minimum Requirements

• An active DoD Top Secret Clearance is required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
