As a Dispatch Security Professional at a dynamic technology location, you will coordinate communications, monitor activity, support access control, and help maintain a secure environment. You will provide exceptional customer service, respond to security-related concerns, and work closely with site teams while using computer-based dispatch tools. Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
- Monitor communication channels, alarms, cameras, and access-control notifications; receive calls and dispatch appropriate personnel for routine requests, incidents, and critical situations.
- Maintain clear, accurate dispatch logs, incident records, shift activity reports, and communications with site leadership and responding teams.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established security-related protocols.
- Coordinate with on-site personnel and emergency responders as needed to support timely communication, access, and incident response.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred
