Security Officer Dispatch Control

As a Security Officer Dispatch Control in Frisco, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch professional at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will monitor activity, coordinate communications, support access activity, and help address security-related concerns with professionalism and care. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor communication systems, receive calls, and dispatch appropriate personnel to incidents, service requests, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, and activity records related to deliveries, visitor traffic, alarms, and/or operational concerns within the location.
• Coordinate access-related communications for vendors, delivery drivers, and staff entering or exiting the location, following established post orders and client-directed protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, while observing and reporting unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy-related issues.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 or more years of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

$20.00 / Hour

Schedule

• Monday: 09:30 PM - 06:00 AM
• Friday: 01:30 PM - 10:00 PM
• Saturday: 01:30 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sunday: 09:30 PM - 06:00 AM
