Security Officer Dispatch Analyst

As a Security Officer – Dispatch Operations in Cumberland, RI, you will serve and safeguard clients in various industries, including healthcare. You will coordinate communications, monitor alarms and activity, route requests for timely response, maintain clear records, support security‑related operations, and provide outstanding service to staff, visitors, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to healthcare location staff, visitors, patients, and delivery personnel by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor incoming calls, alarms, and communications; dispatch security‑related personnel and coordinate responses to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, and shift communications, documenting relevant details and escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Monitor cameras, access control systems, and other security‑related technology, reporting unusual activity, equipment concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Support healthcare operations by communicating with site contacts, first responders, and Allied Universal leadership during routine activities and emergency situations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of security‑related experience.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet (preferred).
• Experience with alarm panels (preferred).
• CPR certification (preferred).
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply based on state or local regulations.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

$31.26 per hour
