Job Description

As a Security Officer Digital Patrol Reporting in Lexington, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an unarmed Security Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication.

• Day: Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Sat 04:00 PM - 12:00 PM, Sun 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for employees, visitors, vendors, and/or delivery personnel in accordance with site procedures.
• Document patrol observations, access activity, incidents, and unusual conditions in clear and accurate reports.

Minimum Requirements

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
